The beautiful spring blossoms have been replaced by gorgeous green leaves... and baby Cherries!
We had just under 1mm of rain on Thursday, thank goodness, which has helped the Orchard spring up and helped the countryside look a little less brown and sad. But more rain is still needed after one of the driest winters on record.
From blossom to ripe fruit is about 50 to 60 days so we are looking at opening for picking in mid November. Opening dates will be announced on Facebook in he coming weeks.
